Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Conditions (Unused Only)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and uninstalled.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • Important: Any parts showing signs of installation (such as scratch marks on bolts, tires that have been fitted, or suspension kits that have been mounted) cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us first at service@ulipstore.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Address

Return Shipping Cost: For non-quality issues (remorse returns), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
